WHAT WE ARE BUILDING

A complete wellness ecosystem with VYTA at its centre.

THRYVE is the wider ecosystem: a member app, marketplace, employer-benefits platform, engagement layer and provider network designed to bring health, wellbeing, support, learning, benefits and real-world services into one connected experience.

VYTA is the personalised intelligence layer across that ecosystem. It is being built to understand the person, their preferences, routines, goals, accessibility needs, eligible benefits and ‚Äî where they choose to share it ‚Äî relevant health context. For employees, VYTA can also use an employer’s approved benefits catalogue, policies, procedures, wellbeing programmes and learning content as organisational context so useful support is easier to discover.

This is not intended to be a fitness app with extra features. The ambition is a platform that can support somebody whether they want to improve everyday wellbeing, access mental-health support, manage a recovery pathway, understand a workplace benefit, complete training, join a company initiative, find a local professional or simply know what help is available.

The goal is to reduce the friction between having support available and people actually finding, understanding and using it.

KEY FEATURES

One platform for real life, work and wellbeing.

AI assistant

Text and voice-led guidance with contextual memory, multilingual foundations, clarification when intent is ambiguous and an action-oriented architecture rather than a simple Q&A chatbot.

02 · TODAY

Daily continuity

A clearer view of what is active today, what is optional or suggested, what has been completed and what the safest next action is across plans and wellbeing activity.

03 · MOVEMENT

Plans that adapt

Strength, mobility, yoga, Pilates, calisthenics, home, gym, bodyweight, adaptive, low-impact and seated options, with programme and exercise intelligence designed for different starting points.

04 · NUTRITION

Meal planning, dietary constraints, allergy-aware safeguards, review and approval flows, meal swaps, saved meals, shopping support and step-by-step cooking assistance with VYTA.

05 · DISCOVERY

Providers & support

Marketplace discovery for wellness services, providers and support organisations, helping members find relevant options beyond the app rather than keeping wellbeing entirely digital.

06 · AURA

Calm & reset

Non-medical breathing, sound and relaxation experiences for intentions such as settling, focusing, resetting or winding down, with continuity and accessibility built into the experience.

07 · NEURO

Mind activities

Accessible puzzles and cognitive wellbeing activities designed as everyday engagement tools, with clear guardrails so results are not presented as diagnosis or clinical cognitive scoring.

08 · VISION

Movement feedback

Camera-assisted movement and exercise feedback foundations are being developed with safety boundaries, helping create a richer coaching experience while avoiding medical claims.

09 · CONNECTED HEALTH

Joined-up context

Native iOS and Android health-sync foundations are part of the architecture so supported activity and health context can contribute to a more useful member experience with explicit consent.

10 · BENEFITS

Benefits people can actually use

Employer-funded and partner benefits can be brought into one place, made easier to understand and surfaced to employees when they are relevant rather than left across disconnected portals.

11 · ENGAGEMENT

Communications & initiatives

Employers can communicate new benefits, wellbeing campaigns, company initiatives and participation opportunities, while employees can join shared activities without exposing private wellbeing information to colleagues.

12 · LEARNING

Training, policies & guidance

Learning modules, policies, procedures and approved organisational guidance can sit alongside wellbeing and benefits. VYTA can use that permissioned content to help employees find the right information and next step.

13 · PROVIDER HUBS

Profiles, services & promotions

Providers can manage their hub, service listings, content, offers, promotions and incentives, helping people discover relevant support locally, remotely or through an employer-funded benefit.

14 · PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT

Connected support journeys

Where a member chooses to work with a physio, mental-health practitioner, trainer, occupational-health provider or other professional, permissioned workflows can support schedules, assigned plans, progress and follow-up.

15 · INSIGHT

Reporting without surveillance

Employers and providers can understand programme reach, benefit uptake, engagement and service performance through appropriate reporting, while personal health details remain private unless the individual explicitly approves a specific sharing workflow.

16 · SUPPORT

Trusted routes to help

Support pathways are designed to connect people to appropriate organisations, services and support lines when they need more than an app, including routes to trusted organisations such as the British Heart Foundation where relevant.

BETA & WHAT WE ARE BUILDING NEXT

From wellness app to connected support ecosystem.

The current beta foundations already span personal wellbeing, benefits, providers, employer engagement and professional support. The next stages extend that model into connected devices, richer care pathways, smarter workplace support and more proactive assistance.

Some capabilities below are in active beta development, some are technical foundations being tested, and some require external device, clinical, emergency-service or provider integrations before they can be released safely.

Beta foundation

Wearables & connected health

Connect supported wearable and health-platform data such as activity, sleep and heart-rate signals, with explicit user permission, so VYTA can recognise meaningful changes in context and help the user decide what to do next.

In development

Connected safety journeys

Explore validated alert and escalation workflows that can surface emergency actions, trusted support, emergency numbers and nearby defibrillator information where reliable data and device integrations are available.

Beta

VYTA memory & action execution

Improve how VYTA remembers useful preferences, understands temporary versus persistent context, carries actions through and helps users manage plans without losing control of what is remembered.

In development

Vision & movement assessment

Camera-assisted movement feedback designed to support form, mobility and exercise guidance with clear safety limits and without presenting consumer computer vision as medical diagnosis.

Beta

Professional care pathways

Permissioned journeys for physios, mental-health practitioners, trainers, occupational-health teams and other professionals to assign work, review progress, schedule support and adjust agreed plans.

Building

Employer knowledge & workforce support

Allow approved policies, procedures, benefits, training and workforce programmes to become organisational context for VYTA, helping employees get useful answers while keeping personal health context separate.

Building

Marketplace intelligence

Improve how provider services, support organisations, employer-funded benefits, content, offers and local promotions are matched to stated user needs without turning sensitive medical information into an advertising profile.

Planned expansion

Native health ecosystems

Extend supported iOS and Android health integrations so users can choose to bring more of their health and activity context into one experience instead of manually repeating information across services.

Continuous

Accessibility & inclusion

Keep improving voice, readable controls, low-cognitive-load journeys, multilingual support, adaptive activity and alternative ways to complete tasks for people with different abilities, ages and confidence levels.

EMPLOYERS & EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

One platform for wellbeing, benefits and engagement.

Many employee benefits are valuable but underused because people do not know what exists, cannot see how it applies to them or have to navigate multiple portals and providers. THRYVE is being built to give employers one place to bring those benefits together and one personalised route for employees to actually engage with them.

VYTA can understand the benefits, policies, procedures, learning and support an employer makes available, then help an employee discover what is relevant to them without turning the employer into an observer of their private life. The employee experience can adapt to age, ability, lifestyle, working pattern, confidence, preferences and — only where the employee chooses — appropriate health context.

Benefits hub & marketplace

Bring existing benefits, new benefits, partner services and targeted employee offers into a single environment, with eligibility and availability made easier to understand.

Launch & communicate benefits

Employers can introduce new programmes, campaigns and services in-platform. VYTA can explain what they are, who they are for and when they may be useful without repeatedly pushing irrelevant content.

Training, policies & procedures

Host learning modules, workplace guidance, policies and procedures. VYTA can use approved organisational content to answer common questions and guide employees to the right material.

Company initiatives

Create shared wellbeing, learning or engagement initiatives that employees can participate in together while keeping individual health data and private activity separate from the social experience.

Occupational health & assessments

Where appropriate, employers can connect employees with approved occupational-health, medical, physio, mental-health or training providers for assessments, appointments and supported follow-up through consent-led workflows.

Personalised employee support

An employee can use the same platform whether they are highly active, managing a health condition, returning from injury, looking for mental-wellbeing support, completing required training or simply trying to build healthier routines.

Engagement & reporting

Track programme reach, benefit discovery, participation, training completion and aggregate engagement so teams can understand what is being used and where more support or communication may be valuable.

Privacy by design

Employer insight is designed around programme and workforce-level information. Personal medical information, private conversations and detailed wellbeing history remain outside the employer view unless an employee explicitly authorises a specific professional or occupational-health workflow.

INCLUSION BY DESIGN

An app intended for everyone.

THRYVE is being built around the reality that people are different. Age, background, ability, confidence, mental wellbeing, mobility, work pattern, health history, culture and access to support can all shape what a useful wellbeing experience looks like.

The platform is not designed around one ideal user or one definition of health. Someone can come to THRYVE for mental wellbeing, practical support, an employer benefit, recovery, a support organisation, a training module, a provider appointment, gentle daily structure or advanced movement — and VYTA can help shape a route that fits the individual rather than forcing them through a fitness-first journey.

Every age & abilityJourneys can adapt around mobility, confidence, experience and ability, including adaptive, low-impact, seated and support-only options.
Mental wellbeing tooAura, Neuro, support pathways, difficult-day experiences and relevant professional support make the platform broader than physical health.
Health context without labelsSupport-aware pathways can take account of real-world health circumstances without reducing the person to a diagnosis or presenting the platform as medical treatment.
Different backgroundsClearer language, multilingual foundations and personalised content are intended to make support easier to understand across different levels of digital and health confidence.
Support when things go wrongInjury, recovery and difficult-day journeys can guide people toward safer next steps, relevant providers and trusted support organisations or helplines.
No fitness requirementA person should be able to get meaningful value from THRYVE even if they never want a workout plan, calorie target or traditional fitness programme.

PROVIDERS, PARTNERS & MARKETPLACE

A hub to be found, chosen and used.

THRYVE is being built as a marketplace where providers do more than appear in a directory. Each provider can have a hub for their organisation, services, content, offers and availability, creating a richer route from discovery to engagement.

Providers can connect into VYTA so their approved services, support routes, content, promotions or employer-funded benefits can be surfaced when relevant. The aim is contextual discovery — helping the right people find useful options — without using private health information as an advertising profile.

Provider hubs

Manage a branded hub with profile information, services, locations, remote options, areas of support and clear routes for members to take the next step.

Listings & discovery

Make services discoverable through the THRYVE marketplace by category, location, availability and relevance to the member’s stated needs and preferences.

Promotions & incentives

Add offers, incentives and time-limited promotions that can be surfaced to relevant marketplace audiences or eligible employer communities.

Localised advertising

Providers and relevant businesses can promote services, content, offers and incentives to broad or local audiences, helping turn marketplace visibility into real discovery and engagement without using private medical information as an advertising profile.

Content & education

Publish useful content, guidance and updates that help people understand a service before they engage, giving providers a route to build trust rather than relying only on a listing.

Employer opportunities

Providers can participate in employer-funded benefits, occupational-health or wellbeing programmes and offer specific services to employee populations where commercial and eligibility arrangements allow.

Connected to VYTA

VYTA can help explain provider services and surface them in context when a user is looking for relevant support, while keeping recommendation logic separate from hidden access to sensitive personal data.

Performance insight

Providers can understand listing visibility, interest, promotion engagement and service uptake through appropriate analytics to improve how they support and communicate with audiences.

PROFESSIONAL & OCCUPATIONAL SUPPORT

Support can continue beyond the app.

Where a person is working with a professional, THRYVE is being designed to make that relationship easier to continue between appointments. With the individual’s permission, a physio, mental-health practitioner, trainer, occupational-health professional or other approved provider can work with relevant plans, schedules and progress rather than operating in a disconnected system.

The same architecture can support employer-referred occupational-health or assessment pathways while maintaining clear boundaries between what the employer needs to know and what remains between the employee and the professional.

01 · ASSIGN

Professional plans

Approved professionals can create or manage structured plans and recommendations within their role and scope, with member-facing clarity about what is professional versus VYTA-generated.

02 · SCHEDULE

Appointments & follow-up

Schedules, appointments, reminders and agreed follow-up actions can sit alongside the member’s wider wellbeing experience rather than in a separate disconnected journey.

03 · PROGRESS

Track what matters

Progress can be recorded against the agreed programme or support pathway so the member and authorised professional can see what is changing over time.

04 · ADJUST

Adapt support

Professionals can adjust relevant plans or next steps as the person progresses, including physio, mental-wellbeing, rehabilitation or coaching pathways where appropriate.

05 · CONSENT

Member-controlled sharing

The individual remains central to what is shared. Professional access is permissioned and designed to avoid creating broad employer visibility into personal medical or wellbeing information.

06 · CONNECT

One wider support picture

Professional support can coexist with everyday wellbeing, benefits, habits, learning and provider services so the user does not have to manage each part of their life in a separate app.

REAL-WORLD SCENARIOS

One platform. Very different lives.

The value of THRYVE and VYTA is not that everybody receives the same wellness programme. It is that the same platform can respond differently depending on what the person is trying to do, what support they have access to and what they choose to share.

Future connected-safety scenario

A wearable detects an unusual heart-rate change

A user is wearing a supported heart monitor or wearable and has chosen to share relevant signals with THRYVE. A validated integration identifies a change that meets an agreed alert rule.

VYTA could then: alert the user, ask whether they need help, surface 999/112 or an approved emergency workflow, show nearby defibrillator/AED information from a trusted data source where available, and provide simple bystander guidance while professional help is being sought.

This would require supported hardware, reliable signal interpretation, explicit consent, validated emergency logic and appropriate external services. VYTA would not diagnose a cardiac event.

ADHD & everyday mental wellbeing

A user is overwhelmed and struggling to keep routines together

Instead of showing a long generic plan, VYTA can reduce cognitive load: one next action, simpler reminders, optional routine support, focus or reset experiences through Aura, and easier access to relevant employer benefits or professional support.

If the person has ADHD, anxiety or another mental-health context they choose to share, the experience can adapt without defining the person by that label. If language suggests an immediate safety risk, the product can prioritise crisis and professional support routes rather than normal wellbeing coaching.

Employee health & rehabilitation

An employee becomes unwell or needs physio

The employee can discover an employer-funded physio or occupational-health benefit, request or receive a supported referral, connect with an approved professional and keep appointments, assigned exercises, recovery actions and follow-up in one place.

The professional can work with the information the employee has authorised. The employer can see that the programme is being used and whether the benefit is engaging its workforce, but not automatically see the employee’s diagnosis, private conversations or detailed progress.

Employer benefits & engagement

An employer launches a new benefit and training programme

The employer adds the benefit, eligibility rules, approved policy content, learning modules and launch communications to its hub. VYTA can understand that organisational content and help employees find it when relevant rather than relying on another email campaign.

Employees can join company initiatives or complete learning together while personal wellbeing remains private. Reporting can show discovery, participation, training completion and aggregate engagement so the employer can improve what it offers.

Provider growth

A provider wants to reach more of the right people

A physio practice, wellbeing provider, trainer, nutrition service, support organisation or other approved provider can build its hub, add locations and remote services, publish content, create promotions or incentives and advertise relevant services to marketplace audiences.

Localised promotion can help providers reach people in the areas they serve. VYTA can explain or surface approved provider options when a user is looking for that kind of help, while sensitive health details are not exposed to the provider simply because they are advertising.

Professional support

A practitioner needs to monitor progress between appointments

With the user’s permission, a physio, mental-health practitioner, coach or other approved professional can assign agreed actions, see relevant progress, schedule follow-up and adjust the support plan when required.

The user keeps one broader wellbeing experience around that professional pathway, rather than managing separate apps for appointments, exercises, habits, benefits and everyday support.

Inclusive everyday use

An older user or someone with limited mobility wants support without a fitness-first experience

VYTA can prioritise what matters to that person: medication-aware routines where appropriate, gentle mobility, seated or adaptive movement, hydration, sleep, social or support resources, local providers, relevant benefits and simple daily structure.

The platform remains useful even if the person never wants calorie tracking, intense workouts or a traditional gym programme.

Trusted support & signposting

A user is injured or needs more specialist information

VYTA can shift away from normal activity recommendations, help the user find an appropriate professional or support route and surface trusted external resources and support lines, including recognised organisations such as British Heart Foundation resources where relevant.

That signposting complements professional care; it does not imply that THRYVE or VYTA is endorsed by, or replaces, the external organisation or clinician.

Safety boundary: THRYVE and VYTA are being built as wellness and support technology. Emergency, wearable and professional-care scenarios depend on supported integrations, permissions, validation and availability. The platform is not a substitute for emergency services, medical diagnosis or qualified clinical care.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Personalisation should not mean workplace surveillance.

The architecture is being built around user control, consent and separation of roles. Employer, provider, professional and member experiences are deliberately different. An employer can understand whether benefits are being found and programmes are engaging people without automatically gaining access to an individual’s private conversations, medical details, documents or personal wellbeing history.

VYTA can use approved employer information ‚Äî such as benefit descriptions, policies, procedures, training content and programme rules ‚Äî without turning that organisational knowledge into permission to inspect an employee’s private life. Where a professional workflow needs personal information, access is intended to be explicit, role-based and tied to that support relationship.

Current status: controlled product development and beta readiness.

THRYVE and VYTA are evolving products. This page describes the current product direction and capability set being built and tested; it should not be read as a claim that every capability is generally available in every market or device today.

Role-based privacyMembers, employers, providers and professionals have deliberately different permissions and data boundaries.
Employee-controlled sharingPersonal health context is not an employer dashboard by default. Specific sharing should happen only where the employee has authorised the relevant workflow.
Privacy-safe workforce insightEmployers can use aggregate engagement and programme analytics to improve support without being given individual medical dossiers.
Permissioned professional accessPractitioners can work with the information required for an agreed support pathway without gaining blanket access to the member’s wider account.
Organisational knowledgeEmployer policies, benefits and learning content can inform VYTA separately from private member context.
Guardrails over claimsWellbeing support remains distinct from diagnosis, treatment and emergency care, with escalation routes where more appropriate help is needed.

THRYVE and VYTA are wellness technology products in development. Where health-related context is used, the product is intended to support informed everyday wellbeing choices and access to appropriate services, not replace qualified medical advice or emergency services.
