D&A’s commitment to ethical working practices and reducing the risk of slavery, forced labour and human trafficking.
D&A Services International Ltd has zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour, servitude, human trafficking or exploitation. We expect people and organisations working with us to uphold lawful and ethical labour practices.
This policy applies to D&A’s operations and informs our expectations of suppliers, contractors, partners and other third parties. It complements any formal statement D&A may be required to publish under applicable law.
We expect suppliers and partners to comply with applicable employment, labour and human-rights laws, prohibit forced or compulsory labour, avoid worker exploitation and act where risks are identified.
Our approach is proportionate to the relationship, geography, sector, service and identified risk. We may seek information about labour practices, subcontracting, recruitment, working conditions or relevant controls.
D&A does not support recruitment fees charged to workers, retention of identity documents, coercion, unlawful deductions, threats or restrictions on workers’ freedom.
Concerns about possible modern slavery or exploitation connected with D&A can be sent to TeamSupport@daserviceintl.com.
Where a material concern is substantiated, D&A may require corrective action, review or suspend the relationship, terminate an engagement, or contact relevant authorities or specialist organisations as appropriate.
We review this policy periodically and as our business, supply chain or legal obligations change.
