Experience that understands your ambition.
Donavan brings more than 20 years of experience in technology, commercial leadership and international growth, with a track record of building businesses, opening markets and creating significant revenue growth across some of the channel’s best-known organisations.
At PCM, Donavan spearheaded the UK and international growth journey from launch, taking the business from £0 to £62 million in year one and £95 million in year two, before the business was sold to Insight in year three. At Paragon Micro, he established the international division and took it to profitability in under six months. At Trustmarque, he led growth that delivered more than £70 million in a single year.
At Kelway/CDW, Donavan was a key conduit in establishing the relationship between the two businesses and managed the international engagement programme that helped pave the way for CDW’s acquisition of Kelway and its position as the largest VAR globally. At SHI, Donavan led the transformation of the UKI business from a loss-making organisation to profitability. The turnaround combined a strong focus on people and DEI with disciplined execution across marketing, vendor engagement and long-term customer and partner relationships. During his time there, the UKI business not only returned to profit but more than doubled in size.
That experience shapes D&A today. Donavan founded the business to give organisations access to senior expertise and the people who can put it into action. From brand and marketing to go-to-market, digital, events, transformation and fractional leadership, D&A works alongside clients as an extension of their team, with clear ownership and a shared focus on progress.
Authenticity and inclusion are central to his approach. Donavan champions workplaces where people can be themselves, contribute their perspectives and have the opportunity to succeed. His wider work includes education, charitable support, public speaking and advocacy for diversity, equity and inclusion.
For Donavan, a strong partnership starts with listening, being honest about what a business needs and staying close enough to the work to make a difference.
